The NEXUS FINANCIALS Call Management module is designed to automate the management of repetitive telesales call lists and provide monitoring, measurement and management of phone sales.
The major features of this module include:

  • A customer is assigned a phone salesperson and specific call timing (i.e. day/time or multiple days/times).
  • Master Call Management schedules are generated each day and calls can be reassigned or rescheduled.
  • Each user accesses his/her own call schedule and automatically loads a customers profile from the call list.
  • Actual call time and result is recorded and call progress can be monitored.
  • Performance enquiries and reports are available.
  • Reason codes can be assigned to an unsuccessful sales call for easy analysis.
  • Reason codes are user defined.
  • Sales notes can be stored against each customer.
  • Sales Supervisor can easily track call schedule progress, success rate of calls, and unsuccessful calls.
  • Reports available to analyse the sales generated from telesales and the margins achieved.
